根據自由時報與其他媒體資料顯示，42歲的馮姓男教師於2011年2月得知自己感染HIV後，因心挾報復而開始在同志網站上徵求一夜情，辦雜交派對，甚至提供毒品給參加者，就是為了和他們進行無套性行為，以增加傳染愛滋的機會。而且受害者多為20到30歲學生、上班族。
